Santa Booking Fee 2024
Please read this in its entirety!!!
Location will be the big red metal barn on the left at the end of Lauderdale County Road 543. There's not an actual address yet, its just farmland and a barn right now. I will include directions and drop a pin to the location in your confirmation email that comes in November.
Total Session Cost will be $350 - $500 plus tax (Your total session cost will depend on which digital option you choose. Galleries usually contain 30+ images depending on how the child/ren interact with Santa and will be delivered by 12/7/24, ready for download. I include everything I edit in your gallery... bloopers and all!) I did a few different options this year because I always have some that only want a few images for cards.
Session includes up to 10 minutes with Santa Manley on his tree farm, standard photo edits, and online gallery for proofing/downloads.
$150.00 Booking Fee ( This goes to pay Santa and to build the set, etc. No refunds, balance may be used towards a future session should an emergency prevent you from making your appointment.)

You will receive an email the first week of November at the email address you enter at checkout to confirm your appointment/choose your digital package... you don't have to decide today! Please make sure to include a working email address, this is where you will receive the location, instructions for day of, etc.)

1) 10 files $200.00
3) All files $350.00
Limited to children only and one household per time slot, if you want cousin/group photos, please book time slots next to each other and we will make those happen.
The remaining balance is due one week prior to sessions, if session balance is not paid by 11/10/23, your spot will be reposted for booking. Additional files will be $30/each once posted to galleries.
I now accept Afterpay, which will split your balance into 4 payments. You will find this option at the end of the checkout process, by selecting "Pay another way" under Payment information. Then select "New payment method" and click on "Afterpay" and finish the payment process from there.
If you have a child with a disability, please let me know and I will work to accommodate them however I can. If they are sensitive to sounds/activity the earlier appointment times are usually more quiet/relaxed.
